Security and control

Adopt AI email replies with human review and traceable controls.

LeadResponder is designed for teams that want faster customer replies without giving automation unlimited authority.

Draft-first option

Keep every AI reply in review until your team is ready for auto-send.

Business-rule review

Generated replies are checked against instructions, confidence, and unsupported claims before sending.

Tenant boundaries

Business context is resolved server-side so one account's knowledge is not selected from browser-submitted IDs.

Protected deployment

Private application files, configuration, and storage are kept outside public web access.

Provider controls

Model routing and fallback handling are managed centrally so teams can focus on reply quality and approval rules.

Operational logs

Cron runs, provider attempts, usage, and agent runs are logged for support and troubleshooting.

Automation guardrails

Designed to keep risky replies out of the send path.

Mode gates: inboxes and agents both need auto-send enabled before a generated reply can be sent automatically. Otherwise the reply is held as a draft.

Confidence gates: low-confidence, unsupported, or human-needed outputs are saved for review instead of being treated as safe to send.

Skip rules: automation avoids common loop and noise patterns such as autoresponders, no-reply senders, bounces, and duplicate messages.

Outcome tracking: teams can mark replies as resolved, needing follow-up, no follow-up, or not applicable so analytics measure business results rather than raw generations.

Prompt-injection posture

Customer emails and tool responses are treated as untrusted input. Agents are instructed to rely on approved knowledge, not hidden instructions inside inbound content.

Secret handling

Mailbox passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, and external tool secrets are encrypted at rest and redacted from training exports and operational logs.

Auditability

Staff access, billing actions, wallet credits, impersonation, provider changes, cron runs, and agent runs are recorded for troubleshooting and accountability.

Data retention

Workspace data remains available while an account is active and can be removed on request subject to billing, security, backup, and legal retention needs.

Model fallback

Provider attempts, selected models, confidence, and errors are recorded so failed or degraded AI calls can be investigated without exposing secrets to customers.

Human override

Business admins can leave agents in draft mode, send approved drafts manually, pause inboxes, disable tools, and update outcomes after customer follow-up.

Trust posture

Early-access software, transparent controls.

LeadResponder is not presenting invented customer logos or testimonials. Trust starts with visible controls: draft mode, audit trails, source-backed knowledge, and clear plan limits.
